Last Friday (October 10, 2025), we had the great pleasure of hosting HAVELSAN General Manager Dr. Mehmet Akif Nacar, Deputy General Manager Mr. Savaş Yanık, and R&D and Platform Integration Director Mr. Deniz Remzi Dumlu at our shipyard.
During the meeting, we focused on expanding our fields of cooperation both domestically and internationally, and on strengthening Türkiye’s maritime defense vision.
As a symbol of this special visit, a commemorative model of TCG BAYRAKTAR — one of the largest and most modern vessels in its class, built entirely with national engineering and production capabilities and delivered to the Turkish Navy in 2017–2018 — was presented by our General Manager Mr. Cevat R. Atilhan to Dr. Mehmet Akif Nacar, in recognition of HAVELSAN’s valuable contributions to the indigenously developed systems integrated within the LST Project.
